ABOUT ME
With more than ten years of experience in human services, I’ve supported adolescents and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. My approach is integrative, and I will tailor therapeutic methods to fit your unique needs. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and I blend these techniques with Internal Family Systems (IFS), strengths-based strategies, and cognitive reframing. I also incorporate mindfulness practices and somatic awareness into our sessions for a more holistic healing process.
